With the additional springs, the original springs are supported by additional steel springs. These help the original suspension to carry the load. The weight of the body plus load is thus distributed between the original springs and the additional steel springs.
- The body/body can be raised above the axle.
- The body no longer hits the end stops of the axle hard.
- The body, including the valuable equipment and/or load, thus remains protected from damage, the suspension travel is significantly increased and the ground clearance is maintained.
- Traction on the front axle and driving safety are increased and tire wear is reduced.
- A trailer or load/motorcycle carrier can also be carried even with a heavy load. Observe the permissible axle loads and permissible gross weight!
- The shock absorbers no longer need to work in the end area.

- for 30 light up to 3,520 kg permissible gross weight, rear axle 1,950 kg
- for 35 light up to 3,760 kg gross vehicle weight, rear axle 2,000 kg
- for 35 heavy rear axle 2,400 kg
- for 40 heavy up to 4,250 kg gross vehicle weight rating, rear axle 2,400 kg.
