Shipping

We currently offer shipping within Germany and to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

In addition, we offer shipping to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom - please note that when shipping to these countries you will have to pay customs fees on parcel delivery.

Your order will be shipped with DHL GoGreen. Shipping costs are based on the total weight and destination of your order. This can be checked before completing the order. The shipping time is 2-4 business days and all deliveries are trackable via a tracking number, which you will receive in your shipping confirmation.

Some larger products need to be shipped via a logistics service. This takes approx. 7 working days. These products have a note in the product description.

Within Germany we offer free shipping for orders with a value of 100€ or more.

Please Note: if your package arrives damaged then you must notify us within 4 days of receiving the package otherwise we are not able to file a claim with the shipping provider in which case we cannot reimburse you. Please notify us of the damage via Email to: shipping@kumpl.de

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup from our warehouse near Munich. The pickup windows are Monday to Thursday 10 to 11 am and 2 to 3 pm; Friday 10 to 11 am. On working days orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours. The pickup address is:

Please send an email to info@kumpl.de with our preferred pickup window and then you will receive a confirmation and further information for the pickup from us.

Return

Returns are of course possible: You only have to return the goods within 30 days (unused) and pay the postage for the return.

If you want to return a product, please send us an email to info@kumpl.de with the order number, order date, product name, reason for return and tracking ID for the return. Please do not send the package without tracking as we cannot guarantee a refund if lost. Once the goods are checked in the warehouse for integrity, your money will be credited (within 10 business days after received in our warehouse).
