Small heater, big effect
These heaters are so compact that they can be easily accommodated in the engine compartment. By being integrated into the vehicle's coolant circuit, the heater heats both the engine and the vehicle's air heat exchanger. The air that flows through the air heat exchanger heats up and exits at the air outlets on the dashboard, so that the entire driver's cab is warmed up well. The fuel-powered heaters automatically adjust the heat output to the heat requirement so that a comfortable cab temperature is maintained.

Less environmental impact
As proven in the DEKRA test, a preheated engine has a significantly lower environmental impact in terms of pollutants. This means you are making a valuable contribution to climate-friendly travel in the spirit of Go Green Camping.

How the diesel heater works.
Heating with diesel means maximum independence. The fuel comes directly from the
from the vehicle tank, so it does not have to be purchased separately and is immediately available everywhere. The modern heaters also work very quietly and absolutely odor-free, while being reliable and highly efficient.

Fuel heating has great advantages over gas heating, especially when camping in winter and abroad. Gas heating is responsible for over 80% of total gas consumption in winter. Accordingly, suitable gas cylinders and adapters have to be procured abroad frequently and sometimes at great expense. By operating a diesel heater, the gas supply for gas-powered appliances lasts considerably longer. You heat while driving without additional investment, do not need an extra gas cylinder for heating in the motorhome and gain storage space inside the vehicle. These advantages were decisive in Webasto's decision to opt for diesel heating many years ago.
