It has now become common practice to drive a screwdriver between the handle shell and the sheet metal in order to access the linkage of the lock mechanism underneath.
The screwdriver then takes over the function of the key. The door is then unlocked and can be opened.
The anti-pick plate is made of stainless steel and adapts to the contours of the handle shell.
The anti-puncture plate is attached using the fixing points provided in the door handle. No additional holes need to be drilled in the door. As the plate is clearly visible, the deterrent factor is further increased.
