THE COVER
The woven polyester cover is extremely abrasion resistant. When we tested our latest variant, we spent a good 20 minutes scratching it on concrete and couldn't create a single burr.
The coating is also responsible for the compressive strength. It has a working pressure of 1400 kPa, which is more than three times the net pressure, and the burst pressure is 5000 kPa.
As it is made of polyester, it does not need to be dried before packing, it is antimicrobial and does not form mold.
The 19mm diameter means that the flow is excellent and the hose will not kink when you use it for washing as the volume of water in the hose keeps it rigid.
THE LINER

Our special hoses have the fabric of the fire hose, which provides strength, and the hose lining for municipalities - it is suitable for drinking water and has AS4020 certification. This certification means that the hose is tasteless and free from contaminants - it is the highest possible rating and the only flat caravan hose on the Australian market with this certification. Most caravan hoses only have AS2070 certification, which means they are made from a so-called 'food grade' plastic, but no further testing is carried out.
FITTINGS MADE OF BRASS
The end pieces have a standard size of 12 mm and can be connected to the snap-on fittings of other brands. The brass additions contribute to the durable construction of the hose and ensure a long product life.
